Agree completely with the below comment. We also had a pet hamper free as an incentive with our many pets policy, valued at £42. I understand that the hamper was free as an incentive however I’m a bit shocked at what actually came in the hamper. The hamper itself is very small and not of good quality and then the contents are the same. Very cheap. 2 small bags of dreamies a couple of cheap toys that you can get from the pound shop in a multi pack. A collapsible water bowl and a satin tie and a herbal drink. For what it is valued at I think it’s a bit shoddy. Not only that but the website says it’s hand packed so takes 28 days to ship out….. 28 days to put 8 items in a box is a bit much. I made the order mid March and have only now received the order after chasing it up a couple of times. Even though the item was free I don’t feel like it was worth the hassle at all and I’d advise everyone else not to bother especially for the cat hamper, whether the dog hamper is worth a bit more effort I don’t know. The only good point I have is that responses from the contact form are pretty quick.
