I ordered a T-shirt for a holiday gift. The size was too small, and they refused to exchange it for a larger size. I could buy a larger size, but they won’t accept returns. Absolutely awful customer service for not allowing exchanges, especially since I’m sure they would sell the returned size easily. Consider other options if this is how customers are treated.
