I like the items that I received however I would not order from them again as I have been unable to return an unused product. Their website states that you need to email them before you can return an item, stating the item you want to return and the reason why. I have emailed three times and had no reply. Therefore I have a dog collar that is too large for my dog, which I am unable to return. No doubt I will find some other dog to give it too, but I am not impressed.
