I've sent 2 separate emails requesting a return. 1 I got an automated response saying they would respond within 1-2 business days. It's been 4 days and the return window according to their returns policy is running out of it hasn't already. 2nd no response at all also 4 days ago. Yesterday sent a message via website contact page nothing. All I want is to return 2 separate items because regrettably they are not suitable.
