The reason it didn't get a full 5 stars is that it unfortunately doesn't allow me to do anything else while an automation is running. It operates directly on the laptop, so I can't use it for other tasks during that time. When it runs, I just use my phone in the meantime. If it could operate in the background, it would definitely earn a 5 out of 5, allowing me to multitask. The performance is excellent, but it would be more convenient if it could run in the background.
