This has been an incredibly unsatisfactory experience. The premium service is a complete disappointment. They push consumers to choose the premium plan, but once you do, support is nonexistent and the quality of resumes is poor. They send random resumes from anyone they come across. It's truly pathetic. I strongly advise against opting for the premium plan.
