Forget about assistance; they won't even help with basic requests like issuing a proper invoice. The support team is rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving issues, they demand unnecessary personal details. I paid for leads that turned out to be completely useless. None of the candidates were relevant or interested. It's a total waste of money and time, compounded by the staff's unhelpful and rude behavior. It feels like we paid just to be treated poorly.
