Oct 31st, Ord 58630, boots arrived after a lengthy, waaay longer than you'd expect delivery, so so slow. Boots turned out to be too small, and trust me, i know what size my own feet are, so that means the quality control of the suppliers are way off, and I returned them immediately for exchange.... its now 10th Dec and no boots have been sent to me in exchange, poor show, poor company, poor service. Without them I cannot work, so am forced to go elsewhere.UPDATE- Prompted by the review, WorkWear Gurus obviously monitor, they have reached out with a sincere apology and a full refund as I have now been without work boots and forced to source elsewhere. My review still stands as to slow delivery, but they gain in the fact they reached out and rectified, thank you guys.A reply to their reply- Absolutely 100% agree the slow delivery is down to royal mail, but as a business you should be tracking their failures and when it hits a percentage of failures, perhaps look at alternative vendor/courier. it seems that some of your feedback when it comes to products, that is negative seems to be all about sizing issues, this is something I can wholeheartedly confirm, so maybe a bit more diligence is needed on your QC towards suppliers that they are supplying what they say.Im jot saying I wouldn't return to Workwear Gurus in the future, just that you dropped the ball on this occasion
