Awful experience with this service. I had ordered items previously and it wasn't great, but I decided to give them another chance. I placed an order on December 9th, and now it's December 23rd with no sign of my two items. I've emailed them, and they promised a response within 48 hours, but I've heard nothing. I have no idea where my items are or when they might arrive. I won't be using them again once my items finally show up... if they ever do. Avoid this service.
