I made an order for some workboots in Feb. I realised I'd ordered the wrong boots, so I emailed straight away asking to have the order cancelled and refunded. I got a reply the next day and they agreed. Two weeks later I still hadn't had a refund, then I was fobbed off with being told it was "handed over to the accounts department to process". I've since emailed them multiple times with no reply at all. It seems this company only want to rip people off, take the money and disappear.Well that's tough. I've waited long enough now so I'm left with no option but to contact the bank tomorrow and open a dispute. Also probably wise to contact trading standards.Avoid these scammers.
