I ordered a pair of work boots for my dad, and the website promised delivery in 3-4 business days. When nothing arrived, I called customer service. The representative took my order number but instead of resolving the issue, told me she would call back in two hours. I later received an email saying my order should arrive by the end of the following week.Fast forward to Thursday—still no dispatch email. I called again and was told I’d have to wait another two hours for a response. When I finally got the call back, I was told my order hadn’t even arrived yet, and they had no real idea when it would. At that point, I decided to cancel and request a refund. The rep offered an alternative product, but at this point, I’d rather wait another two weeks elsewhere than give them any more of my business.When I mentioned I’d be leaving a negative review, the rep sarcastically said I "sound like the kind of guy who only leaves bad reviews." Well, I hope you're reading this one—and I hope future customers do too. Stay far away from this website!
