I very rarely leave negative reviews because I genuinely believe that most issues can be worked out... if there is a will, there is a way. But in this particular instance, after weeks of silence and no response from Workwell Contractor Solutions, I had to terminate my relationship with them and I now feel compelled to warn others about my experience.This is not just about a delayed payment; it is about a complete failure in communication and accountability.I have faced repeated issues with unpaid expense claims, zero follow-up, and no transparency. Despite following every procedure, calling multiple times, waiting in their queue, and requesting call-backs, no one ever contacted me back. Every call ends with the same message that I’m “in position 11,” yet no call ever comes.When I eventually raised a formal complaint on 2 October 2025, hoping to attract the attention of their complaints team, Workwell Contractor Solutions completely ignored it. I received no acknowledgment, no response, and no support... Despite reminding them about my complaint, they didn't responded and therefore it left me with no choice but to terminate my relationship with them. It's only then that I finally got a response. This shows a massive communication failure within the company. Workwell Contractor Solutions’ internal processes appear to work only for agencies and end clients, who seem to get direct access to account managers and immediate answers but for contractors, it’s an entirely different story. You are left to chase, wait endlessly, and receive nothing back.This company is not trustworthy, not responsive, and not supportive. They fail the very people they are meant to serve: the contractors whose livelihoods depend on timely, accurate, and transparent payments.I strongly urge any contractor to reconsider using Workwell Contractor Solutions as an umbrella company. They are simply not there when you need them.
