Terrible - will never use this company again when my contract ends. Used to be a really good company, had no issues with them up until 2 years where they’ve gone down hill considerably. They have stopped paying into my pension since February even though my payslip shows I’m still being charged. I’ve had to chase them numerous times where they said it is resolved and have sent NEST a backdated payment which still hasn’t been actioned. Fed up of constantly having to chase them, they tell me they will call me back for an update but here I am again having to call them to see what is happening. During this time, I’m loosing any potential growth on my pension while it sits in Workwell bank account. I raised a complaint with them on their website in February and no one has investigated it. You get the same friendly staff who answer and say they will be helpful and get back to me but as soon as the call ends nothing gets done. Service is awful.
