Speaking with Adam he really explained very well what I will be getting and how I will get it through CIS or umbrella company. The link was sent through just after my call and I managed to get my UTR and apply through CIS on HMRC website.The reason I gave a 4 star is that I can't access the website sent to me on a text for me to download and I am still unable to access it.
