The agency I worked for used Workwell to process my pay. Initially everything seemed fine, but over time I noticed several issues.Payments often arrived late on payday, seemingly whenever they were processed rather than at a consistent time (sometimes 8:30am, sometimes 10:30am - find out next payday). The service is also quite costly to use. My main concern, however, was that payslips were rarely provided on time (usually around 7pm AFTER payment had already been received), and when I asked if this could be resolved going forward, my request was refused.Customer service can be acceptable depending on who you speak to, but overall my experience was disappointing.Fortunately, my agency no longer uses Workwell and now pays me directly, which means I receive my payslip before payment arrives. Even if my agency had not made this change, I would have preferred to move to any other provider rather than continue using Workwell.
