Incompetence at its finest. I was paid via this umbrella company for 5 weeks. In that time my pay was late or not paid on 3 our of 5 weeks. Staff pass you from pillar to post and each staff member gave a different excuse s to why I had not been paid. I was paid late on Xmas eve and not even paid on 2/1/26. Took me all morning to partially resolve. They tax mileage expenses as their online portal is not fit for purpose and you can’t record mileage without spending an extended period of time doing so. All in all the worst umbrella company I have ever used. Avoid at all costs
