Basically they just leave you to your free agents, which i had to chase them to set up correctly for CIS contributions. Everything they offer that is not included with free agent you have to chase, including cancelling them, which they clearly don't want to.They ended up filing my VAT report late and that was only because i gave them a reminder 5 days before. I am genuinely just going to go for free agent from now on.
