I just called Workwell for an Umbrella Company quote, and I was asked "if I am UK National or not". When I asked why does this matter, I was told they have different fees for "nationals" and "expats" aka foreigners... - Since when my ethnicity matters in contracting??? - Does the colour of my skin or the matter to Workwell??? - Is this normal in 2025 to ask such questions and segregate people by ethnicity ??!!!
