It's not at all clear when signing up - what the ongoing "Regular Phase" charges will be - perhaps these are burried in a T&C document somewhere - but ceratinly not indicated in the purchase experience. After the initial purchase in June - I have subsequently been charged $AUD 162.98 !!! for "Regular Phase" - despite the fact that I have not even accessed any of the so called shadowwork excerises. Now I'm trying to 1) cancel the subscription; and 2) request a refund, and the website claims me email address - that it used to send me confirmation of purchase emails in June - is not registered.Update: On 2nd October WorkWithShadow replied to my email,and offered to give a 25% refund, which I accepted. On 15th October WorkWithShadow and gave me a 25% refund on the most recent payment.The refund offered and made - was 25% - not 'full refund' they have decribed here.
