Total scam situation. I paid for a 30 day access to the program with absolutely no clarity provided that I was signing up to anything further than this, and then found out that my card had been charged two further times for much larger amounts. I have been in email contact with a company representative who has not addressed any of my concerns with the lack of transparency in the sign-up process or the lack of provision of receipts of any kind. The company representative keeps on talking about their "refund policy" and how I don't meet criteria but absolutely no response to any of my other concerns or questions. I have not asked for a refund of my initial purchase but I am seeking a full refund of the two additional purchases which I did NOT sign up for. I never subscribed to an ongoing program, I am careful about these things and got totally tricked. I would like a full refund of the two amounts I never agreed to pay.
