Absolute scam! I paid for a trial, had no confirmation of that trial period, no confirmation of what I had signed up for. Got charged £46, emailed to ask for a refund as there was no transparency around the subscription. No reply. Then they took another £46.... Absolutely horrific. All Facebook comments that are telling the truth, get deleted.I wish I'd seen this before I engaged with them. Preying on vulnerable people. I have still had nothing from them outlining the terms I supposedly signed up to, I may get charged again!I want to bring them down, I want them to report them, I want other users who have been scammed to help in doing this.THIS IS MY REPLY TO YOUR REPLY BELOW:MY ISSUE IS THAT YOU DO NOT SEND ANY INFORMATION ON WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR, I HAD NO TERMS SENT TO ME, NO DETAILS OF WHAT PAYMENTS WOULD BE TAKEN AND WHEN, THIS IS NOT TRANSPARENT! YOUR WEBSITE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO BE TURNED INTO A APP, BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT PASS ANY STRICT LAWS GIVING CUSTOMERS FULL TRANSPARENCY.
