On 26 November 2025 I was asked by Trustpilot to provide more informations about myself so that Work With Shadow can respond to my review of 21 November 2025 and better understand my experience. They do have my email address and I will not give any more personal informations. Here is what happened:I wrote a review about this company on Trustpilot on 21 November 2025. I explained that I purchased something from Work With Shadow (what I thought was a course) for $ 35.84 on 16 October 2025. They charged me $ 97.78 for a 'subscription' on 18 November 2025. I immediately sent them an email, on the same day, that I did not agree to this subscription and they should cancel it. They did not reply.On 21 November I canceled my subscription to Work With Shadow in my paypal account and I also wrote a review on Trustpilot. The very next day after writing this review, on 22 November 2025, the company sent me an email that they canceled my subscription. They sent me another email about this cancelation on 24 November 2025. Trustpilot sent me two emails on 26 November 2025 asking me to provide more details about myself so that Work With Shadow can 'better understand my experience'. This company has tricked me into a subscription and did not respond to my emails until I wrote a review on Trustpilot. I do not want any response from them except for keeping me out of any subscriptions and any queries.
