I signed up for a 3-month subscription in August for $49. Now here we are in November and I see a $103 charge from this company on my credit card for who knows what! Needless to say, the charge is unauthorized. I requested a refund via email and their website form. When the company got back to me three days later, they ignored my request for a refund and simply stated they were canceling my account (which i already did). I have an invoice for the initial 3-month subscription - nowhere does it say the subscription will continue, nor is there an invoice when i log in to the website specifiying what i was charged $103 for. This company is a total scam and deceptive! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and sharing my experience everywhere so others do not experience this!
