They are terrible. I have had the exact same experience the review left by Emma Bacon, below and am in complete agreement with her comments. I used Paypal for my initial £16 trial period and they have taken £46 in September and October and I don't have the app or use their services, will have to try and get payments stopped: Absolute scam! Help me bring them downAbsolute scam! I paid for a trial, had no confirmation of that trial period, no confirmation of what I had signed up for. Got charged £46, emailed to ask for a refund as there was no transparency around the subscription. No reply. Then they took another £46.... Absolutely horrific. All Facebook comments that are telling the truth, get deleted.I wish I'd seen this before I engaged with them. Preying on vulnerable people. I have still had nothing from them outlining the terms I supposedly signed up to, I may get charged again!I want to bring them down, I want them to report them, I want other users who have been scammed to help in doing this.
