I cancelled my subscription over a month ago, and this morning I get a notification from my bank saying my account was negative 10 dollars! so I checked my transaction and they charged me over $60 when I was fully unsubscribed and I even have the email to prove it! I called the number and demanded for a refund and said I didnt have an account anymore so they can't refund me, help me make sense of this because this to me sure sounds like a SCAM.
