Started using the program for a couple days and realized that they have a lock on moving ahead in the program so that you have to pay the high fees for the membership. I’ve reached out to customer service three times now to cancel and there has been no response. Also, they sent an email asking if I wanted some extra reports and I clicked on the link to see what the reports were — after clicking the link, I realized there was some real small wording below the link that said by clicking this link, we will charge your card X amount. Very sneaky.I have no idea if the program is good, but the spirit in which this company operates has turned me off so I’ll never know
