I wish I’d check here before subscribing. Along with many others I have been charged a whopping £46 a month for written text. No interaction. No reply from them about cancelling. Playing on people who are looking for help. Shame on you4/11/25 just had response from the company based on the subscription issue. And yes they did eventually reply, but I had to email several times and get my bank to decline payment. And I had no information about the subscription charges - what I do have is an invoice for around £16 for the initial sign up. I stand by my original review.
