Very shady company! Scam! I used this for a few months with the expectation I had paid the amount for the subscription I had selected, a small amount like $20. Then, and I know I didn’t click any link or anything, I’m suddenly seeing 2 charges for a whopping $95.70 each, so $191.40 total! I called my bank to report fraudulent charges and also cancel the subscription via email because of course you can’t do it in the app. I get no response. I find a phone number and call to request a refund and of course it’s automated. I do end up getting a refund for both charges but THEN 15 days later, I get charged $95.70 again! Currently on hold to contact my bank to report fraudulent charges again. Ridiculous! What a nightmare!
