I signed up in October and my card was charged 22.87 by a merchant. In November, I noticed a charge of 62.39 without any receipt or explanation for the increase. There’s no record of an agreed rate, and I don't receive any receipts via email, nor can I find any charge history when logging into my account. This service seems poorly managed overall. I am looking for clarification and an explanation from the company as soon as possible.
