I am still waiting for a portion of my refund after providing clear evidence that I never consented to a subscription purchase back in July. I shared a copy of the invoice I received, which clearly indicated the purchase of a ONE MONTH PLAN only, yet two additional larger amounts were withdrawn from my card by the service in the following months. I have been emailing the company since October 16th without any response. This is absolutely poor business practice. Additionally, I did not find the app particularly useful during my time using it.
