I am not getting any replies to my emails, so I will keep posting here until I can be properly heard and addressed by the company. I am still expecting a full refund for unauthorized transactions, which I am being told I am not entitled to because the company claims it doesn’t provide one-time purchases. When I initially signed up, I received a link to a single invoice, which I can provide if needed. The invoice clearly indicates that I purchased a 1-MONTH PLAN. This should not be treated as a subscription. Charging customers on an ongoing basis after an initial purchase contradicts the nature of a ONE MONTH PLAN. A subscription implies ongoing payments. I never agreed to or received any information about entering into a subscription with recurring charges. I am very cautious when signing up for subscriptions and always ensure I understand the terms. There was no clarity regarding ongoing payments during the sign-up process, and the invoice explicitly stating a One Month Plan should invalidate any claim that I signed up for a subscription. I would like to share the invoice here, but that option isn’t available. Please process my refund as you should have done earlier.
