I am currently awaiting the remaining refund of AUD $48.89. I signed up for a one-month package on 26 June. You indicated that this package does not exist, yet it is what I enrolled in for AUD $35.84. The invoice I downloaded clearly states a ONE-MONTH-PLAN without any reference to "Subscription" or ongoing payments at any time during the purchase process or in any communication. Following my initial payment for this one-month plan, two additional unauthorized amounts of AUD $97.78 were withdrawn from my account in the following months. I am entitled to a full refund for these amounts. After numerous emails, you finally issued two refunds - one for $48.89 and another for $97.78. I have just sent another email outlining my transaction history with you. You assert that you have fully refunded me, but this is not accurate, so I am reaching out again. I am still waiting for the refund of $48.89, which is the remaining 50% of one of the amounts withdrawn from my account without authorization. Please process this immediately.
