Despite Qatar airways advising I am now eligible for a full refund due to the ongoing situation in Doha, World Air Fares are claiming I’m only entitled to £150 back off a £1300 flight to Australia. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I am now being ignored on both email and online chat.
