It is one of the worst travel agencys feeding on desperate travellers (who have to travel on compassionate cases). On 12 Feb 18 I reserved two tickets for my wife and her sister to travel from Birmingham to Kathmandu that night but John (the chap who organised tickets) sent us tickets fro London to Kathmandu.When we said we can’t go to London as we had specifically asked for Birmingham departure he just wouldn’t listen, instead tried to force us to go to London by hook or crook even using his manager to persuade us. When we asked them to cancel our ticket they said we had to pay two hundred pounds despite the this chaos being created by them.Whilst in the process of cancelling they managed to find us again new tickets departing Birmingham but costing extra hundreds of pounds which we couldn’t afford.We ultimately had to cancel it but despite our various requests to refund or two hundred pounds they have not returned our money or taken any other action besides answering back with a very lame excuse of an email.I would advise everyone to avoid this company like plague as their only aim is to exploit desperate travelers of their situation and defraud them of their cash by hook or by crook. The have absolutely zero sympathy and compassion and don’t understand the meaning of consumer rights at all.In the meantime I’m still talking to my card security team about this stupid/unethical company leaving out of pocket despite not buying their product due to them selling me a wrong one in the first place.
