I was let down by the acoustic strip lights as they only came in 10m instead of 15m. The sticky tape on the lights didn't adhere to the panels, so I had to buy clips for support. I also got a remote to dim the lights, but it doesn't work. I reached out to the support team multiple times via email and messaging but received no response.
