HiWorld fares really very bad customer service. I have just need to swap first name to 2 name. Is really very esy but World Airfares ask me to 200£ .same passenger all spelling correct just swapping first to 2 name ...I contact directly with airlines they said nothing to pay for that but they can't do reason I buy tickets from travel agents World Airfares. Please don't trust World Airfares
