I booked four tickets through your company, but I have not received the e-tickets even after waiting for 24 hours. I have tried contacting your customer service by phone, email, and chat, but no one has responded.This situation is very concerning, and I’m starting to suspect that this might be a scam. Please respond immediately and send my e-tickets or process a full refund.it’s more than 2 days. They did not send a ticket, it’s fraud!!!
