Although the company was fast in responding to my inital question, they failed in providing a tracking number. This product should not get hot and as a result sat in my mailbox for two days in the 90degree heat due to no tracking number, otherwise I would have been vigilant in watching for the package. The company added a $60 shipping fee which was riduculous because when the package arrived the shipping cost on the box was $10.. I don't believe the product sent will be useful due to the heat. I will not purchase from company again.
