Updated review...I did receive the order and a response to my original email.I was originally put off by the lack of response and no tracking info, but this has all been rectified. I appreciate the free shipping and the product is excellent. I have still it received my order or any tracking info for the order, which was placed on 3/22.I have emailed customer service requesting information concerning the above and have not received a response. My order number is 6695. If I do not receive any i do or response by end of day Monday 3/31, I will file a fraud claim with my credit card company and expect a refund.
