Shocking Service from World of Power to resolve the shipping error.​Updated Complaint: World of Power Shipping Error​To: World of Power / SIP UK Customer ServiceSubject: URGENT: Delivery Failure and Data Entry Error - Order MAGENTO4000053918 ​I am writing to formally complain about the non-delivery of my order and a significant data entry error made by your shipping department.​Order Details:​Order ID: MAGENTO4000053918 ​Invoice Number: 157564 ​Order Date: 21 February 2026 ​Total Amount: 251.22 GBP ​Items: SIP Weldmate 120A, Torch Tips, Welding Wire, and Brass Gas Regulator ​The Issue:Despite paying for delivery, I have been informed by FedEx that World of Power submitted my shipping address incorrectly. Specifically, the house number was omitted entirely from the shipping label, despite being correctly listed on my invoice. ​This error has caused a week of unnecessary delays and stress. I have spent over an hour on live chats with FedEx trying to locate a parcel that they cannot deliver due to your internal error.​FedEx Reference Numbers:​C-227173794​C-227174228​I have previously attempted to contact both World of Power and SIP UK via email regarding this matter but have received no response. I expect an immediate update on the status of my items and a confirmation that the address has been corrected with FedEx.Update :- UPDATE: Order #4000053918 - Acceptance Under Protest and Notice of Claim​Further to my previous emails, please note the following:​Acceptance Under Protest: Due to the time-sensitive nature of my project and your failure to offer an immediate alternative, I will accept the delivery on Monday. However, this is done "under protest."​No Waiver of Rights: Accepting the goods does not mean I accept your poor service or your insufficient offer of a partial refund.​Partial Refund: I expect the immediate refund of the delivery premium as promised in your Trustpilot response.​Claim for Damages: I am still quantifying the financial loss caused by your admitted error in addressing the shipment. I will be submitting a formal invoice for the additional expenses I incurred (hiring alternative services) due to your breach of contract.​Trading Standards: My report to Trading Standards will still proceed to reflect your initial refusal to communicate and your admitted negligence in processing this order.​
