Matt is exceptional in terms of service and knowledge. He advised me in a way that was completely unexpected—in the best way possible. I don’t know anything about ukuleles and wanted to buy one as a gift for my aunt. I explained what I was looking for and used a ukulele listed on the website as an example. Matt then suggested two other options that were actually less expensive than the one I had selected. He doesn't push for excessive spending; quite the opposite, you can really feel his passion and genuine desire to make people happy through his words. He also offered to ship the ukulele a bit later, knowing I was going on vacation, which showed great flexibility.
