I received the wrong wallpaper and contacted the service immediately. They instructed me on how to return it, and I followed their process. However, since then, I have received no replies regarding my refund despite multiple emails. The phone lines go directly to voicemail, which doesn't allow messages. I’m extremely disappointed and feel misled. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time.
