Worst experience ever! Liars! Thieves!Use indaba London, they provide great teachers! Don’t go with these thieves.———————-My partner and I booked in January a 100h yoga teaching course with Yogalayaa in Bali, over 15 days, to be taking place in a beautiful resort in the center of Bali from the 3rd June to the 17th june.After paying the deposit of over 400 American dollars, we booked our flights to Indonesia and waited with excitement June to come.TWO days before the course kick off, Yogalayaa texts us to ask if we could be there a day before - which of course was not possible given the flights. After that, we got a message from the teacher, from world peace yoga school, to ask if we could be there the day before, and again we explain that it wasn’t possible.We started wondering what was going on..After a few questions and strange messages what we realised was the following:Yogalayaa had sold us on to world peace yoga school. BUT, world peace yoga school was 1.starting 1 day earlier 2. not providing 100h courses 3. providing as accomodation a horrible hotel with rats and everything you can think of - reviews are available online for you to checkAt this point we didn’t have much choices - we decided to go and talk in person to understand the situation.we went, and after a chat we asked to see the room. My partner turned on the light. The bathroom vent went on and the rat hidden in the ceiling started squeaking so loud and painful that we run out of the room by disgust.I could can keep going..Long story short.. we left. With so much money involved, we were not going to compromise on the level of the course and the conditions of it.We spent so much money to fly to Indonesia for this class and we sacrificed vacations… and we have been treated like objects. We should have been refunded for all our expenses, flights included! But we decided to request only our refund back.Guess what, they said it was our fault, we should have cancelled!!Summary: STAY AWAY.
