The lessons were well built, good demonstration methods and very easy to follow. A lot of different studies were passed on which I was really looking forward to. The teachers were knowledgeable and gave Yoga it’s true meaning. I am happy to have done it Online instead of in class because I could go on my own pace, even changing the speed of the classes, respecting my sleeping schedule/ eating habits, while being completely immersed on the world of Yoga
