I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic honesty from this agency. Booking was easy enough, but as soon as there was an issue with the itinerary that required actual customer service, they completely showed their true colors.
I dealt with an agent named Lexie who was initially "helpful" until she secured the payment. Once complications arose and a refund was clearly owed due to a booking error on their end, the communication turned into a nightmare of evasive answers and outright lies. They promised to resolve the situation, but instead, they just dragged their feet, hoping I’d go away.
It’s clear this company operates on a "take the money and run" philosophy. They are deceptive about their refund policies and have no interest in honoring their word once they have your cash. If you value your sanity and don't want to be stranded or out of pocket, stay far away. There are much more reputable agencies out there that actually value integrity. Absolute scam behavior. You can not intimidate us!
