Having purchased an esimm for international use based on the 35 countries listed, out of the 8 destinations visited the esimm did not work in 6 of them. This was very frustrating when you cannot make contact with the company and when you eventually do they fob you off with excuse after excuse with no resolution. They eventually sent a 2nd QR which again did not work as described and only intermittently. Yes the data was absorbed wholey by trying to contact them to sort. They are still arguing over a refund now no apology for spoiling our holiday as we could not use google maps to travel and explore which was the whole point of the esimm. Do not use this company, use a reputable one with great customer after sales service.
