Rented house: Avinguda D'Amèrica 7, Campello, Spain. Rented for 6 weeks.I almost don't know where to start... This rental disappointed on several parameters.Upon arrival, we could immediately see that the house and view had been photoshopped. The view was manipulated. In the ad there was a clear view of the sea. In reality, the view was ruined by several transverse wiring networks, etc.The ad described renovated in 2021.However, not in the condition expected!There were many things that were absolutely not right. The toilet door could not be closed/locked. The electric heating in the toilet was not turned on. Had to buy an extension cord myself and pull from another room. The ad described that there was parking on the property...there might (doubt it) be room for a Fiat 500. Not for an ordinary family car.Cleaning was lousy. Cobwebs and dirt under the chairs and dirty windows.When we arrived at the accommodation we were met by an older Spanish speaking gentleman (with an intercom) who couldn't figure out wifi, heating etc. We understood very little... but we then understood that he needed cash before we got the key. He told us this several times! He also promised that various problems would be solved by a service technician the next day. The technician never came and we wrote to the landlord several times without getting a response. In the end we downloaded manuals ourselves and solved the problems. But without heating for 2 days.Incidentally, the swimming pool was also leaking... it didn't mean anything to us, but it also affects the overall impression. The same with a lot of loose tiles, old worn-out furniture etc.The rental price was about double the price of the house we rented last year. But the house last year was better in all areas even though it was 18000 kr cheaper. Also there, an English speaking guide came every week to ask if everything was ok.So any interested tenants, forget this house...find another one in Campello, which is totally Nice!
