I ordered shoes this month last year and still haven't received them. I've emailed them monthly, and it's always the same response: 'We've forwarded your email to the relevant department and will ship immediately!' Terrible service, awful customer support, and a scam company. I've never waited a YEAR for something that was supposed to ship in 15 days.
