I placed several orders with Worstcase in September 2025. As of January 26, 2026, I still have not received them.
For months, customer support responded with the same generic message, blaming delays in shipments and promising that my orders would be dispatched “soon,” without providing any specific timelines.
However, as soon as I requested to cancel the orders and receive a refund, the company completely stopped responding and began ignoring all of my messages.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that orders I placed on the same website in December 2025 were shipped promptly and have already been delivered. This clearly indicates that the products are in stock, yet my September orders remain unfulfilled with no explanation.
At this point, I have neither received my orders nor a refund, nor any meaningful communication from the store. I find this behavior unacceptable and cannot recommend Worstcase to other customer
