If I could ZERO I would! These people had me wait a whole hour just for them to block me. If you know charter oak in euless then you know there isn’t towing yet they had the audacity to keep me waiting just for them to get here and try to tell me about where I live! I offered more money because I knew it was late so idk if they thought I was trying to rob them or what not but I am a 25 year old black male with all of my family residing in South Carolina! I do not appreciate this at all because if you are scary then you shouldn’t have accepted the job! I was even going to buy led lights just to put more money in their pockets but they are very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the BBB(.)
